I had an amazing experience at Auto America on Independence Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina! I purchased a Chevy Equinox and worked with Sean in finance and sales associate Paress, and they both made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy - from the application to financing.The only thing I had to do when I arrived at the dealership was test drive my car, pay the deposit we had already agreed upon, and drive off the lot. No games, no hidden fees, no waiting around all day.Overall this was one of the best experiences, if not THE best experience I've ever had buying a car. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a reliable car, honest and fair prices, and quality customer service to visit their location.Thank you Sean and Paress!
